4 out of 5 stars Good bottle for the price   October 11, 2008
Easy to grasp due to the shape of the bottle. Fits into a bicycle water bottle carrier - overall a good, very light bottle. The internal treatment prevents oxidation of the metal and leaves the water with a 'normal' taste - not metallic. The only thing I would wish for is a sport-type top for ease of drinking while riding or hiking.

4 out of 5 stars Get the silver one   September 21, 2008

I bought two Oggi bottles: one in blue and one in silver. They keep drinks cold, don't leak, don't taste like aluminum, and fit in the water bottle holder of my briefcase -- all good things. My only complaint is that after a few runs through the dishwasher, the blue paint started to chip around the mouth. I recommend buying the silver one, since it isn't painted. (Incidentally, these are dishwasher safe according to the description on Amazon, but the tag says "hand wash." Use your own judgment.)

5 out of 5 stars Get away from plastic water bottles   September 13, 2008

it was so heavy and hard to carry. it dropped once and got dented beyond repair. the screw top was horridly inconvenient. should have spent more money on the SIGG...

1 out of 5 stars Made in China...no wonder it's so cheap!   August 27, 2008

You wonder why it is so much more expensive to purchase a SIGG over an OGGI? That's because OGGI is made in China...with all of the negatives that brings. SIGG has a US connection--they have a subsidiary in Connecticut--and are based in Switzerland, where human rights abuses, shoddy construction, and unsafe materials and paint are not things you have to worry about.
