Green's football formula begins to slide July 9, 2003 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Green continues the NFL/scandal formula but adds a new dimension with attorney Madison McCall, who gets drawn into defending high-profile NFL players accused of heinous crimes. This time the plot is even more far-fetched in connecting a rogue intelligence operative, nuclear material, a gang shooting, and two star NFL players and their wives. The book just does not work that well; Ruffians and Titans stick to the football storylines on which they're based, while Outlaws goes in a direction it really can't go in and still be believable.

I really enjoyed reading "Outlaws". It was very exciting and entertaining. A very Easy read. With excellent charecters. And twist and turns on every page. I believe this is a book anyone would enjoy reading.
Exploitation Trash. July 22, 1999 1 out of 6 found this review helpful
Avoid this garbage at all costs. I have seen better writing on bathrooms walls.
I enjoyed the mix of football and mystery in this book. June 2, 1999 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I am fifteen and I have read all of Green's books more than once. I play football and I like how vividly he describes the football scenes in the book. I know I am only fifteen and some adults will think that I am just a kid and I don't know what I am talking about but, I have also read other literary works (Of Mice and Men) (Catcher in the Rye).
Terrific read! Didn't want to put it down! June 12, 1998 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
What an exciting read. Each day I could not wait for opportunities to get back to this exciting book. It certainly convinced me to read more of Mr. Green's work.
