Product Description
Book Two in an exciting Olympic trilogy!

Tori tries to ignore the terrible news from her doctors. Her heart is set on winning a medal at the national competition--and a place on the U.S.Olympic team. She's determined not to let anything get in her way.But it's hard keeping her illness a secret from her friends.Especially when there's a nosy reporter asking questions about her health.

The pressure of competing at Nationals is difficult for any skater to handle. And Tori is sick--very sick.Does she have the strength to make her dream come true?

5 out of 5 stars GOOD WORK!   February 6, 2005
A very emotionally charged and descriptive book! I loved it. A must read, and to be honest I read it three or four times!

Tori just found out she has a muscle disease. It will put her in a wheelchair and ruin her skating career. She's on her way to nationals and she can't do anything about it now.Her mother's doing everything she can to stop Tori from skating, but Tori won't give up now, she's got to skate! She might not be doing very well, but she's got to skate. If she goes out there at least she'll know she tried. If she makes first, second or third she'll go to the 1998 Olympics in Nagano,Japan. That's her dream to be in the Olympics one day.And that's what she'll try to do in this book,to share her dream with the country and if she does, share her dream with the world!
