Product Description On the way home from a conference, Don Piper's car was crushed by a semi that crossed into his lane. Medical personnel said he died instantly. While his body lay lifeless inside the ruins of his car, Piper experienced the glories of heaven, awed by its beauty and music. Ninety minutes after the wreck, while a minister prayed for him, Piper miraculously returned to life on earth with only the memory of inexpressible heavenly bliss. His faith in God was severely tested as he faced an uncertain and grueling recovery. Now he shares his life-changing story with you. 90 Minutes in Heaven offers a glimpse into a very real dimension of God's reality. It encourages those recovering from serious injuries and those dealing with the loss of a loved one. The experience dramatically changed Piper's life, and it will change yours too.

Just OK June 28, 2008 Not what I expected. Did not find it to be inspiring or moving which was what I was hoping for.
90 minutes in heaven June 24, 2008 I found Don's book very rivoting. A similar thing happened to me and truly know what he went through. What bothered me was the editing sloppyness, where sentances were broken up badly, and few new sentances began with a capital letter. I'm detail oriented and wanted to find a way to make the corrections myself. Had I known how to make the corrections I would have done so.
A True Inspiration June 23, 2008 This is a great illustration of how God's plans are so much bigger than ours. It shows how he uses us to further his kingdom in ways that we can't understand sometimes. It's a short read that you don't want to miss.
Waste of Money June 20, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book is a genuine rip-off. It contains one rather small section to fulfill the title, and tells you almost nothing about heaven. The title is a great sale pitch in order to sell and get your money. If I could get a refund on this book and Piper's second, I'd return them both in a heartbeat. Whatever, you are only wasting your money if you purchase it!!!
disappointed June 19, 2008 the story of the author's healing was truly amazing. However his limited spiritual background shows thru. He experienced only what he expected except for the fact that he never saw Jesus. Absence of the body, presence of the Lord. Betty Eadie's experience in Embraced by the Light was far more profound.
