Editorial Reviews:

Book Description

In every moment and event in our lives, God plants seeds--which we may or may not notice--in our paths. Our challenge is to prepare the soil of our lives to receive and nurture these seeds so that they may take root and help us grow closer to God.

By tapping into the spiritual practices revealed in scripture and throughout Christian tradition, we come to embrace what God the Gardener is doing in our lives and, in turn, to share God's grace with the world. The healthier our spiritual lives, the more abundant will be the fruits of our love, hope, joy, and kindness.

This book is for seekers of all ages and walks of life - college students, parents, professionals, the lapsed and the weary, as well as seasoned saints - who wish to deepen their faith in small but meaningful ways.

"Seeds of Faith is truly a fresh approach to the spiritual life. A treasury of stories, quotations, and references support, document, and add sparkle to a clearly-written text."

Mark Link, S.J.

"What a joy it is to follow Jeremy Langford in his latest pursuit of the deep truths and ancient ways of holiness. [Seeds of Faith] is a glorious and illuminating contribution to the new literature of spiritual life for earnest Pilgrims. I will read it again and again."

Emilie Griffin, author of Small Surrenders: a Lenten Journey

"Seeds of Faith by Jeremy Langford covers an astonishing variety of spiritual practices, and does so in such a joy-filled and inviting way that we instantly feel at home. Buy this book."

Richard J. Foster, author of Celebration of Discipline and Life with God

5 out of 5 stars Little book will touch your soul   April 19, 2008

I'm not catholic so don't let the book category fool you. The author touches on many of the deep and spiritual questions I had, but thought no one else did. Sometimes the book is a little esoteric, but overall, hits the mark. Most chapter exercises are very useful and doable, but some would require more down time than most of us have. This book truly touched me; I have recommended it to several people already and am buying several for gifts.
