Product Description Herman "Hank" Fins-Winston was a pro golfer destined for greatness. Now he lives in a condominium on the thirteenth fairway of one of heaven's glorious courses – a fact he finds surprising and amusing, since for one reason or another, a fair percentage of golfers never make it to paradise. Hank is having the time of his afterlife until he's summoned one idyllic morning to play a round with the Almighty. It seems that God is having some trouble with His game. As they play the heavenly courses, both in paradise and back on earth, Hank comes to realize that what began as a golf lesson has become a spiritual journey.
Book Description For golf pro Hank Fins-Winston, playing golf was always a way of life. And now that he's in heaven, the game has taken on a whole new dimension. Funny, engaging, and uplifting, Golfing with God is a journey—for both the novel's hero and the reader—into the heart of what really matters in life. Thoughtful folks who love golf—or those who simply love a golfer—will find Merullo's adventure above the clouds a peek at heaven itself.

Golfing with God June 27, 2008 As a golfer I'm enjoying reading this book. I enjoy the humor and the details of the authors encounters with God yet it makes it very human. A good read!
Golfing with God January 22, 2008 I bought this book about six months ago and liked it so much that I bought a copy for my brother-in-law who is also an avid golfer. Whether you like golf or not, I think you can take something from this book. I thoroughly enjoyed it and although it is fiction, do believe in the overall concept conveyed.
golfing with god September 24, 2007 A quasi-philosophical book, the message of which we have all heard before. The best parts were the descriptions of the golf matches. Mr Merullo's conception of Bhuddism sounds good, but are not up to the facts. Go to Bhutan and see the Bhuddist fortresses, and one will see even the Bhuddists war and plunder.
Another look August 12, 2007 A compelling story, well written and interesting. Not necessarily for a person who is reluctant to question their belief systems.

This is the best book I've ever read, and I've given copies to all my closest friends. It is appealing to those who are outwardly religious and those who aren't. I read it periodically and love it more with every reading.
