Something extra... November 19, 2008
It is a good book as a second resource. It has good charts, and is good for topics, but lacks a little bit of information. Good practice tests, which helped me a lot passing the NPTE.

 Caution October 12, 2008
This book attempts to be expansive in it's review. Unfortunately, it misses the mark. It often uses inconsistent terminology, has significant omissions (for example forgetting to discuss the anterior cerebral artery when discussing blood supply to the brain!), and is confusingly organized. I found myself frequently having to used other textbooks to supplement this book's information due to unclear wording and poor organization.
I became extremely frustrated with this book and ended up purchasing a different one.
the test questions for the computer were hard but helpful October 20, 2007
I was taking the PTA exam in Texas and found this book to be a great review after practicing 10 years in the field prior to the exam. I passed and thought the book helped me to think like the test writers think.

This is one of the few books that is easy to read but yet provide you with all the information you need to pass the boards. THe tables and charts are great. Would highly recommend this book.

This is not as thick as some review books like NPTE's review and study guide, but still provides a good overview for the license/final board exam.
