The Sports Medicine Patient Advisor is one of the nicest patient friendly guides I have ever seen, while not talking down, they explain things so nicely, making it easy to understand WHY it happens and HOW to make it better. Not just for sports injuries, can be used in Occupational Health, and really just everyday life's strains, sprains and pains. Nice clear exercises recommendations to help strengthen the areas involved, and get people moving again asap. Marvelous!

Excellent for patient education. It allows them to be active members in their treatment and have responsibilities as well. It explains what muscular injury they have, treatment options, and home exercises.
