Much as I use info coming from Drs. Oz and Rosien, this CD was not worth buying....too basic and not enough info included to warrant buying and using the CD.

I use this cd everyday for my 30 minute walk. I hadn't exercised in years and this was easy to start. I moved up quickly to the next level. I enjoy the "cool down" and stretches. I have surprised myself with even running during part of my walk. For someone who didn't want to get out the front door, this has truly become an activity I look forward to everyday.

I am sorely disappointed! This has absolutely nothing to offer. Just some basic stretching stuff we all know already (hello!) and some bad music. I am disgusted that this stuff is for sale. I wouldn't use it again if it were free. What a ripoff

I ordered this tape because I saw Dr. Oz on the Oprah show. I bought a treadmill this year and decided to listen to the tape while on my treadmill. This is a wonderful tape as it starts out slow and builds up to some good walking music. Once you get through with the tape and end your treadmill walk, you just fill so refreshed. The music on the tape is very upbeat. I would recommend this tape to everybody.

Walking for 30 minutes is not helped by listening to this tape. The music is unimaginative and irritating.
