A must have for everybody who likes to train with weights!!!, June 4, 2008 This book is awsome, Pearl does a great job explain how to perform the exercises with correct form. He worked on publishing this book for almost 4 years and he did a lot of research. This is a "complete guide" in weight training. If you are looking to add a variety of new exercises in your trainning program it will cover your needs . I refer to it when I need to change my workout program. In addition he includes some very interesting advice about nutrition and the human body. Highly recomended!!!

Great book for the intermediate weight trainer December 20, 2007 This is a wonderful book with pretty much every exercise you can think of. I refer to it as "my body building bible" when discussing it with my friends.
With the massive variety of exercises contained in this book you can switch your routine up every couple weeks and never get bored with doing the same old thing every time.
One caveat though, this is not a stand alone book if you are a beginner. Find one of the various books that are for the weight training novice and order that one along with this.
Bill does not waste a lot of time and book space
It is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for and in order to get this much knowledge out of a personal trainer it would cost hundreds of dollars. This thing is the size of a phone book!
Thank you Bill for your wonderful guide.
Bill Pearl's Keys to the Universe September 20, 2007 This book is excellent. Anyone remotely interested in bodybuilding, or weight training should definitely have this book. It is frequently referred to as the weight lifter's "Bible". I now know why.
Great Book August 10, 2007 I am learning about personal training and needed a book to learn more strength training exercises usings weights... this did the job. It's a great book with pictures and details how the exercise is done for each body part.
