Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Boating With Moe is a light hearted, humorous story of a seven-year-old girl's trip with her grandfather and uncle during summer vacation.
Taking place in the Gulf Islands and on the Sunshine Coast, the reader, both boater and non boater alike, will enjoy their journey to actual coastal locations as seen through the eyes of the three-generational crew as they cruise aboard a 46-foot powerboat.
Customer Reviews:
An Enjoyable Read for all Ages.February 26, 2005 John Van Kleek recounts in a jocular but engaging manner the story of a summer power-boat expedition with his eight year old granddaughter through the Canadian Gulf Islands from Sidney on Vancouver Island to Pender Harbour on the Mainland. It will appeal to both boaters and landlubbers of all ages. I enjoyed it and I am a sailboater so that surely says something and though I too have grandchildren, they are not mandatory for reading pleasure! I think this little book would be great as bed-time story reading and I am going to try it with my grandchildren. I think they will enjoy it and learn a few things as well.
