Book Description Golf becomes a mental game once players get to the course and face their doubts, fears, and indecision. A sound golf swing works best when a player learns how to beat doubt and indecision and manage his or her mind on the golf course. Most players psych themselves out before they arrive to the course. But now players can learn how to psych themselves up as they drive to the course with the new audiobook, Think to Win: How to Manage Your Mind on the Golf Course by Dr. Patrick Cohn. Many golfers hurt their chances of playing well because they don't know how to battle their inner demons. The challenge of the golf course causes them to lose confidence and be overcome by anxiety. But with Think to Win players can manage their mind and play better golf while relaxing in bed. Think to Win teaches golfers about the barriers that prevent them from playing their best and how to take their practice swing to the course. This audiobook gives players the keys to more consistent and confident play as they drive, relax, or just sit!

Most positive impact of any game improvement method. September 15, 1998 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
If you're willing to work at it, just a little, this book on tape will give you a positive method for developing great mental attitude and a chance to eliminate negative, destructive thoughts that injure your game.My pro always said I wasn't an 18, but an average of a 9 and a 27. By applying Cohn's principals my handicap dropped from 17 to 12 in six weeks. And I hope to go further.
