The Best Current Book On Balance Disorders September 27, 2008 I would have given this book five stars, except it is quite dry at times. It is a really complete review of dizzyness and balance disorders. Don't be dissapointed by how thin it is when you get it - it is packed with information. The DVD is also excellent - it is not a copy of the book, it shows clinical signs that are impossible to describe - all types of nystagmus, saccades, Dix-Halpike manouver, etc.. If you are planning to start a balance disorder clinic, get this book - period.
