Made me feel like I have two left feet! February 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I could keep up with the first few routines, but as he added more and more, I became lost, frustrated and ended up joining the Billy Idol school of dancing with myself to Jamie King's music instead. Not really what I was hoping for. Perhaps this is best for people with a lot more hip hop dance experience?
Any young exerciser or library catering to modern dance workout patrons needs this. October 17, 2007 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
Jamie King is a hot choreographer who has worked with rock and pop stars and collaborated with Madonna, directing her musical video Sorry and her Confessions world tour. Here he's integrated dance moves into an exciting program that targets and tones all muscle groups, increasing strength and promoting weight loss. With its range of cardio workouts, it can't be beat - and is accompanied by a DVD for maximum impact and easy use. Any young exerciser or library catering to modern dance workout patrons needs this.
