Product Description

Name the hottest and most popular NFL quarterbacks…Peyton Manning and Drew Bledsoe will be mentioned on everyone's list. They have established themselves as two of the League's most exciting quarterbacks.

Presented by the National Football League Coaches Association (NFLCA), this book and 55 minute instructional DVD starring Manning and Bledsoe are targeted to young aspiring quarterbacks 8-18 years of age. They illustrate the techniques and strategies employed by those playing the position at the highest level. Detailed action covers the essential quarterback moves in every major play category.

The book is a practical, yet powerful look at the fundamentals of playing the quarterback position. Professional football coach Jerry Rhome teaches moves and strategies employed by the pros, and gives advice to young boys for incorporating a winning attitude into everyday life. On the accompanying DVD, Drew Bledsoe and Peyton Manning reveal secrets to success with step-by-step instruction.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars GREAT BOOK FOR YOUNG QB'S   September 23, 2008
THE DVD IS GREAT BECAUSE IT SHOWS THE HELMET LEVEL VIEW FOR THE QB AGAINST A DEFENSE. ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE VERY CLEAR AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND.

5 out of 5 stars Coaching at it's best!   September 2, 2005
I learned a lot from this book and I think it would benefit many young players, especially in their early stages. It comes with a DVD also, which makes it a better value than most.

5 out of 5 stars A must read book if you play football   August 19, 2003

I am a senior in High School and accidentally stumbled upon this book by Jerry Rhome. I had no idea who Jerry was. My Dad did. In his day Jerry Rhome was as good as Peyton Manning. Both were runners up to the Heisman Trophy.
This book also has a DVD with great demos from Peyton Manning and Drew Bledsoe plus their quarterback coaches. Great stuff on the DVD and even better stuff in the book. I don't even play quarterback but the info on both the DVD and in the BOOK help you understand how to play with or against a QB. No matter what position you play this is a great reference book. My Dad coaches and he said he learned a lot from it. We both recommend it.
