I wrestled for 4 years and have never worn anything as uncomfortable as this product. I have cauliflower ear right now because this headgear sucks so bad. The best headgear is something the grappler will wear. I won't wear this.
The velcro straps are uncomfortable. I have a shaved head and they hurt.
The exteriors of the plastic ear guard cups are sharp. This ends up hurting your wrestling partner.
The whole thing is huge. It feels like you're wearing a stupid hat.
