Excellent for Board June 10, 2008 I tried this new edition of the book preparing for my board exam. It is an excellent review giving you a lot of information in a short time. It must be deficult text for those from outside the field of orthopedics.
Review of orthopaedics by M Miller May 30, 2008 Very good for the trainees but there are silly mistakes which could have been avoided by careful correction(e.g In anatomy section there is a wrong describtion of ECRB being supplied by radial nerve and like this many mistakes have been noted)
not easy to read May 24, 2008 ok it has a large amount of knowledge in a small space and it can be used as a quick reference while in hospital if you are not a fan of electronic editions that serve this purpose much better. But there is no way to read this book unless you have studied before much larger text books to be able to connect the missing dots
Very Disappointed December 30, 2005 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
Like the comment of some reviewers we see on line, there are many inaccuracies in the text as well as mistakes especially when it comes to anatomy. I regret having bought this book. There are many review books better than this one
Miller Review of orthopaedics August 25, 2005 A good text for an overview of key concepts to know...will need a color atlas for better pictures though. Through coverage of most topics of interest for residents, and a good review for the OITE
