This book appears to be written by a very likeable guy who is accustomed to success through a simple "Just do it" philosophy. This might have worked during Superfrog's football career and his stint as a beverage distributor, but it does not work in the field of writing. This book is not as good as half of the term papers written by 9th graders. It is repetitve and as far as being a guide for life, it is lacking in details. The details that are included are insanely pointless...for example, check out the chapter on Superfrog's "American Gladiator" era. Wow. I would suggest that Bulldog fans look elsewhere for inspiration.
