The author has added a 'Book Owner's Exclusive Templates' to her website, Simplicity of Iris Folding. It is password protected and designed as a supplement to the book. The free templates are ongoing and are building rapidly. Your template library will grow larger than any other iris folding book on the market! You will more than get your moneys worth!
Fairly new to Iris Folding? You'll love this book! June 15, 2008
If you're serious about Iris Folding, this is the book for you. It's a little pricey, but it has over 40 unique templates/patterns plus a BIG bonus of how to make your own templates using very simple methods. You won't find this in any other Iris Folding book. This means you don't have to buy numerous books to obtain templates.....you can do them yourself, saving money in the long run. The author also has a website in which she publishes 'free' templates each month, to add to your collection. Overall, this is the best book for the Iris Folder!

Very disappointed with this book.
The standard of the iris folding was very basic and the patterns with the exception of the lighthouse are available in other publications.

Sarah Decker does a nice job of explaining the craft and making your own patterns and there are over 40 patterns included. I thought the price was rather high for the size of the book.

I'm new to Iris folding and found this book to be easy to understand, the projects were delightful and fun to see when finished.
