More details and a wider scope October 7, 2008 People paper piece because of the desire for accuracy. People who have tried to paper piece and don't like it have their reasons but I'm not going to explore those. This book has many advantages for people who already enjoy paper piecing with lots of tips how to improve patterns, your sewing, accuracy, and the speed of production. The bold color choices make the piecing decisions more obvious and also allow the quilter to choose to use these patterns for borders as well as blocks. There is an assembly line production demonstrated using strips that is what really tempts you into choosing this method as well.
This is NOT a baby blanket beginner book, you will have to have some quilting experience under your belt to get the most out of your first projects.
This is a very enjoyable book to add to your library.
