incredible cd, just what the doctor ordered. only suggestion, cut down the music listening time at the end. should really only last for 45 minutes total....

I purchased this audio Cd with much anticipation. The first and only time I listened to it, I began to feel quite unpleasant. What a surprise! I did read someone else's review about the subliminal messages they said were on this audio CD that might not be good for people, but didn't really believe that. However, SOMETHING is amiss in this meditation because I've used quite a few meditation audios and have never had such a bad reaction. It took me days to feel "right" again. Use with caution if at all, is all I can say.

I enjoyed everything about this cd....listening to it every night while going to sleep, well after the 6weeks....troubled only by the last phrase......"I am God".....I had a very difficult time accepting this concept :(

At least a half dozen people I have spoken to have had a similar experience of bizarre dreams. Also, the script doesn't always align with the message from the book. There are words like "don't" "sorrow of my neighbors"...and there is a lot of "dying" in it as well...frankly, it's pretty creepy. AND the "message" is not printed on any of the material.
