Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Since applying the tools I learned in Brooke's program to my everyday life, I have already released 35 pounds of fat from my body. I no longer struggle with food and exercising has become a joy that I look forward to doing every day. Shopping in the stores I once used to walk by fills me with great delight, because I can finally wear the kinds of cute clothes that better fit my personality. Once I was able to create a new mind set that I am worth taking great care of myself, I experienced more happiness than I have ever known. For me, freedom from the weight struggle has been worth taking the risk to try again just one more time.' Suyin N. Client San Mateo, CA

1 out of 5 stars Not Rocket Science   July 13, 2008

Weight loss is not rocket science: if you stuff your face with sugary sweets and fast food all day and never take your butt off the couch, you're going to get fat. So do the reverse and lose weight. But you have to DO it.
And yes, I am speaking from personal experience.

I love this book. I have read so many books on the same subject but this one did it for me! It is working! I am finally connecting the dots!

5 out of 5 stars Excellent book!!!   May 9, 2008

This book is wonderful. It goes so far beyond the normal weight loss book and gets behind the issues surrounding overeating. It also covers many items not related to weight loss which are more life coaching. I would strongly recommend this book.

5 out of 5 stars Not Just a Weight Loss Book   March 13, 2008

I thought this was a fantastic book not just for people trying to lose weight but for everyone! Once you get past the 1st two sections, the advice is universal. I mentioned this book to a friend who doesn't need to lose an ounce but who has self esteem issues that weigh a ton.

I read the book through once and I've begun applying some of the advice given but I've just scratched the surface. I plan on rereading this book to get more out of it...and more out of me!!

5 out of 5 stars You'll never need a personal coach   October 26, 2007

Reading this book is like having your own personal trainer. This book gave me the ability to figure out why I couldnt lose weight, by pointing out things that were just natural to who I was. Great read, highly recommend.
