Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars A good read   June 25, 2008
I've come across a lot of books on eating and this is definitely a new outlook. The author doesn't try to sell a diet plan. This book simply uses everyday examples and research to teach you why you eat and like certain foods (and it was surprisingly easy to read). I took away a lot of great insights and tips into how I can learn to like and fill up on new and healthier foods. This is not a "diet" book. Instead, it uses the principles of genetics, biology, psychology, and society to show how eating healthier can be enjoyable, practical, and successful. It is informative, clearly written, and definitely worth a read.
