Now that I've hit my prime, I have less time to play tennis and more aches afterward. Until now...Net Flex is an easy to understand, very helpful book for me. The stretches are well-targeted to the right muscles, and I am definitely improving my game with the guidance in the book! By increasing flexibility I can reduce injuries...a good combination!
