Product Description
Make him chase you...Until you catch him.

Never shy and always laugh-out-loud funny, Sherry Argov's Why Men Marry Bitches is a sharp-witted manifesto that shows women how to transform a casual relationship into a committed one. With the grittiest of girlfriend-to-girlfriend detail, Argov removes the kid gloves and explains why being extra nice doesn't necessarily mean he'll be more devoted. The guide shares real-life "no holds barred" interviews with men who answer the following in raw detail:

  • How do men manipulate a relationship to keep it casual?
  • Do men deliberately push women's emotional buttons?
  • How can she convince him commitment was his idea?
  • How can she invite a proposal without saying a word?

Whether you are single, married, recently separated, or just fed up with your family members telling you to fetch a husband because time is running out, Why Men Marry Bitches is the must-have guide that will show you how to exude confidence, win his heart, and get the love and respect you deserve.

5 out of 5 stars Great!   September 18, 2008
After reading Man Magnet: How to Be the Best Woman You Can Be in Order to Get the Best Man, I went on the search for more good reads for women about men, love, sex and dating. I ran across this one and had to have it! So glad I took the plunge! It offers REAL advice, like the other book, and ways to be seen by men. Can't recommend this one enough. It's a keeper, along with "Man Magnet".

3 out of 5 stars Doesn't quite hit it   September 5, 2008

After being told over and over I was wrong for wanting a committed relationship, and hearing about how I was supposed to trick or manipulate a guy into falling "in love" with me, I picked up this book.

I agree in large part with one of the basic premises of this book... That pressuring a man who is not ready for a commitment often ends up having the opposite effect. I disagree that women should hide her desire for a committed relationship or do anything manipulative whatsoever. Both quality men and women want a commitment and have a history of being able to make and keep long term relationships of all kinds. Find out up front what his personal and family opinions are about marriage. If there is any hesitation or reluctance about the value of marriage, keep moving. It's that simple.

4 out of 5 stars Review of Why men marry bitches   August 31, 2008

Glad I made this purchase. Wonderful for women and their issues. Happy with my choice.

4 out of 5 stars Did not like the title   August 27, 2008

The advice was excellent, but it is not about being a bitch. I don't like the word or the concept. A bitch is mean and immoral and hurts people for the fun of it. Standing up for yourself and not being a pushover is not bitchy. The book is about self confidence and being realistic about men.

5 out of 5 stars excellent book   August 13, 2008

The is an excellent book for every woman who wonders why her relationships with men are not working out. It's easy to understand and put to use. I'd also recommend to help your marriage I Love You. Now What?: Falling in Love is a Mystery, Keeping It Isn't
