Title is Misleading December 17, 1999 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is NOT a book about Michael Jordan. He is only vaguely mentioned on a few pages. If you are looking for Johnny Kerr's autobiography, then this would meet your needs. However, I bought it for my husband, a Michael Jordan fan, and we were disappointed.
Excellent. September 9, 1998 this is a fun run back through the great old Bulls stories, with Red Kerr's special take on the happenings.Roland Lazenby
Before Michael and the Dynasty, there was "Big Red". June 16, 1998 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Terry Pluto relays, some hilarious stories as only Bulls 1st Coach, Johnny "Red" Kerr can tell. The first Bulls parade in Chicago was not as large as one would expect, it consisted of a flatbed truck, Coach Johnny "RED" Kerr, the team owner and a real live Bull. No Kidding!! Enjoy stories of banging with Wilt Chamberlin, trying to figure out Bill Russell, how "Red" would have guarded Kareem Abdul Jabbar, and the Genesis of Da Bulls Dynasty. Johnny "Red" Kerr is a master story teller. Read and Laugh on.
