Absolutely Hilarious February 1, 2007
If you've read several of Patricia Polacco's books before, you might think this book would be along the same lines as her other books. You're in for a surprise. This is an awesome book, filled with great illustrations and a great story. It is a great book to read around halloween, but it could also be used in thematic units dealing with family, or being greedy or rude. I laughed out loud several times while reading this book, and I know you will too.
Great sequel October 31, 2006
Another fun Polacco book. The sequel to the Graves Family. Teaching kids that different is great. Wonderful fantasy unit read aloud.
