Great for students at all levels October 26, 2006 After 10 years, this book holds up well. Great overall, recommended foundation to beginners, good reminder to advanced practioners. Very helpful for tai chi and Qigong teachers. Recommended.
A Good Place to Start April 4, 2004 I recommend this book to a true beginner. The book presents an easy to follow text. Very well presented pictures. An excellent book covering the Beijing Short Form (24 Forms). I have personally used this book for years as a reference source. Good foundation book.
