Good information on golf fitness November 13, 2004 12 out of 16 found this review helpful
This book showed me what stretches to do for golf. The strength training section is good also. Although it is not complete for a workout program, the pictures are of good quality and easy to follow directions. I also used Patrick Leonardi's book called: The Ultimate Golf Instruction Guide: Key Techniques for Becoming a Zero Handicap Golfer or Better, isbn 1933023090 to help me greatly with my golf swing. After reading Leonardi's book, I now have much more control over my golf swing. In addition, I no longer slice off the tee and have gained a lot more distance. I recommend Boris Kuzmic's book for golf fitness and Patrick Leonardi's book for learning how to shoot lower scores.
