2 out of 5 stars Easy to Understand, Short on Content   August 17, 2001

Locker rooms stretch info was interesting, the section on weight training was lacking in my oppinion compared to the other books I have purchased on the same subject.

4 out of 5 stars Very good overall & practicle guide   July 27, 2000

I am an Exercise Physiologist and teach a golf conditioning class to members of our corporate fitness center. I was looking for an easy to read book that I can use as a supplemental guide to the class. I found the contents of Dr. Wiren's book to fall exactly in line with the principles that I teach in my class. I now give the book as a tool for participants to take home for further study. The pre-game warm-up is practical, useful information. The pictures are easy to understand and follow. I recommend this book to any one trying to improve their golf game as well as health and fitness.
