From Chakra novice to Chakra expert February 22, 2008 Whether you have a lot of time to pay attention to each chakra or you have only enough time to devote colors to your chakras, this book covers all of it. If you want to learn more about them this is a great index. The book covers colors, clothing, stones, foods, and much more. It also tells you what may be occurring if they are out of balance and when they are in balance. The back of the book has yogi based poses for aligning them as well. I would definitely recommend this book to a friend.
