I know that each individual is unique and each illness is unique to that individual. There is no one size fits all when it comes to cancer or any other illness. Nevertheless, I write in the hope that others, who find themselves in circumstances similar to mine, will be inspired to move through their journeys free from fear, taking all the time necessary to discover what their bodies need in order to heal. An inspiring tale of one woman's journey to healing, and what a journey it is! As a holistic practitioner in energy medicine and counseling, when the author receives a diagnosis of breast cancer, she sees it as a invitation to heal her life, and it is one she steps into wholeheartedly. With no map, no clear path, but faith as her guide, she blazes a new trail, putting together the pieces she needs to accomplish her goal. This is an insider's look at how true healing occurs on all levels: spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. A combination of mystery, adventure, inspiration, and how-to, this is a companion book for anyone on a journey of healing -- and aren't we all!
