Customer Reviews:

2 out of 5 stars wrinkled reading   August 1, 2008
This little book is way overpriced and the cover was wrinkled. I wanted to give it as a gift, but it was in much worse shape than indicated in the book seller's description. It wasn't worth the shipping charges.

5 out of 5 stars it helps   July 29, 2008
This little book will make you think twic before you eat something. I mean do you really want o have o log that you ate all that junk!!! this little book is easy to keep at hand at all times. love it!

3 out of 5 stars Stylish, but too big to be carried everywhere.   May 15, 2008

This, and the other Potter Style books, are visually attractive, but too big to go everywhere. Also, the page layout is somewhat restrictive (so many lines for this, so many lines for that...), and the cover started showing signs of wear pretty quickly. My next food diary will be smaller: pocket-sized.

4 out of 5 stars What I Ate Mini Journal - highly recommend   March 1, 2008

Since I read so many reviews I feel compelled to write one for this little book. I am hopeful it will get me off the yo-yo weight cycle. I almost ordered another book but realized it was larger. This book is small enough to go in my purse/briefcase/pocket. It has areas for breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks and plenty of space for other information such as exercise and current weight......
It has a sturdy rubber band to keep it closed. I actually bought 4 because at the time if you bought 4, one was free AND I got free shipping on Amazon. When these are gone I will definitely order more!

5 out of 5 stars Keeping track of calories   September 21, 2005
8 out of 8 found this review helpful

I love this little book and have purchased several. I use the "What I Ate Journal" to record my calories and under the snack section, I list PA (physical activity) and the number of METS expended. The journal helps keep me on track and fits easily in my purse (along with a tiny calculator).
COOL!
