4 out of 5 stars Great Resource for Trainers and bodybuilders   December 15, 2007

This is a great resource for trainers as well as the avid female exercise participant. Excellent descriptions of how to perform exercises and the anatomy picture are very helpful. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 stars Exercise Enthusiast is Happy with this Book   October 28, 2007

I love this book because for the first time I actually know what's happening to my body when I workout. The book is broken down to the muscle parts with a complete discription and the benefit of working that area.
The pictures are illustrated perfectly for the lay person to see exactly which muscle group is focused on. I really felt that I learned alot from this book.

5 out of 5 stars Very good anatomy pictures   October 22, 2007

I thought the pictures in this book were really informative and the way women's muscles work was very helpful in my efforts to stay fit.

5 out of 5 stars Women must read this.   July 23, 2007
1 out of 1 found this review helpful

An excellent guide to people wanting to take over their workouts. Nice explanations about fat in women and how to train those particular areas. Simple language and beautiful illustrations will provide you the required information to know how to move yourself when performing an exercise, what you can vary, how and what to avoid. Some technical language is used. Highly recommended.

4 out of 5 stars Detailed anatomical guide to weight training   June 21, 2007

This book is nice if you're serious about weight training. It is very helpful to see what should be moving and how it should be moving. This book is not really to teach you how to do exercises.
