Excellent Addition to Baby's Library November 8, 2008
I got this book for my daughter when she was six months old and we've read it every day for the past three months. The size is easy for her to manage and the pictures are bright and engaging. When she's squirmy during diaper changes, I hand her the book and it keeps her happy and entertained - particularly the Peek-a-you page! This book always goes with us on trips. We've gotten so much out of it that I have bought multiple copies as gifts.

I started reading this to my daughter when she was about 6 months old and she loved it instantly. We have the small version which fits in her hands perfectly. She loves the illustrations and the mirror on the last page. She smiles and giggles at just the sight of this book.

As a first time mom, I have been on what seems to be a never ending quest to find books that keep my 6 month old's attention. He could care less about the beautiful editions of nursery rhymes and fairy tales we received as gifts. This book, on the other hand, was love at first sight. The colors are eye catching and the small size is perfect for little hands. My son loves to turn the pages and can get his fingers around the cut-outs in the pages. The rhymes are cute too and illicit many appreciative "coos" from the baby. The mirror at the end provides endless entertainment. All in all a great buy for the under 1 set!

My son loves this book. He will carry it around with him and loves the mirror in the back. I think though it is simple it is a great addition to any library.

I ordered a couple of books and this one is her favorite!!! It is the only one she really pay attesntion to and she doesn't try and eat it!! 5 stars!!
