Physical, Technical, Emotional April 10, 2007 Bring all the aspects of your golf game together and learn how you think about the game itself. There are also exercises and challenges to help you improve your game.
Another Great Book on Golf March 29, 2007 I really enjoyed reading this book, and especially liked the focus on integrating the physical, technical, mental, and emotional aspects of the game. I think the influx of timeless but innvoative approaches to the game is long overdue. It's also great to see more golf books of this nature being authored by women - a nice, solid read.
The game in your head March 21, 2007 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Along the lines of Rotella's "Golf is not a Game of Perfect", this book does a nice job of helping the reader sort out the right way to think about the game. Getting out of your own way is crucial as any sports psycologist will tell you. Golf54 has several uniques and effective ways of making that idea work in reality. Highly reccomended.
nlp golf review February 16, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I read this book with great interest. I am, by way of background a class 1 golfer, and nlp trainer and 'sports psychologist'. I work with teams and individuals to help them improve their golf. I am always on the lookout for new material. I found this to be one of the best books I have read on the mental preparation for playing golf. It is full of practical information, it has lots of exercises for you to do and challanges you to improve. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to anybody who wants to improve their golf and has been wondering why all the time they spend on the practise range produces no benefits.
