3 out of 5 stars Didn't quite do it for me   March 27, 2007

I really wanted to love this book, but I have to say I was a bit disappointed. Dean and Eve had sex right away so there was no sexual suspense and no romance. I couldn't figure out why Dean fell in love with Eve by the end of the book. She really wasn't any different than all the other women he had been with.

The Cam and Roger relationship had a bit of an 'ew' factor for me. I couldn't buy into Roger ending up a decent guy. The only relationship I was remotely interested in was Jacki and Gregor's and it got glossed over at the end.

I've liked other books by Lori Foster, but this one missed the mark for me.

5 out of 5 stars Fantastic FOSTER strikes again   March 26, 2007

Lori Foster hits another home run with this book!! I absolutely loved the characters in the story. Dean(Havoc) and Eve have amazing chemistry, add in all the personality quirks of the characters in the story and you have a fast, very entertaining read!! I love the link to the "Extreme" fighting characters, they all look so interesting on TV!! Dean's friends from the fighting world add some spice and iterest to the story as well. I cannot wait until Simon's story comes out!!

Classic Lori Foster. The characters are interesting and the plot kept moving along. The only problem is that I read them too fast!

5 out of 5 stars A great romance with nice mix of mystery   March 22, 2007

Causing Havoc by Lori Foster is one my favorite Foster books so far. It just graps the reader in the first chapter - I didn't want it to end. In this novel 'Havoc' and extreme fighter gets a letter from his sister whom he has not seen since she was two years old. He comes back home and his family and home town effects him and amazing ways. Enjoy!

3 out of 5 stars Romance?   March 20, 2007

Not sure about this book. It started off great. I mean it was good but not great. I just felt like somewhere along the way Ms. Foster lost her female lead. It became more about family instead of the romance. She almost let the secondary romance outshine the lead romance. I felt that she created a great character in Eve but just lost her and her fight and stubborness along with the way. I hated that she took a slimy guy and turned him into a good guy towards the end. He should have gotten his due not one of the girls. Sad. Could have been very good.
