 A very good book August 11, 2008
I have read many books about the Law of Attraction, and thought I was doing everything exactly as suggested to manifest my life at the summit. Yet, the results were not what I was visualizing. The attractorfactor helped me get clear on what I was and wasn't doing. What I love about this book is Joe shares real feelings and real struggles that I could relate to, and it helped me find feelings I have been surpressing. Once found, they have been easy to release. Getting me closer and closer to inner peace, freedom and abundance. Thank you Joe, for putting it all out there. This is a book I will read again...and soon. Note to Joe: You don't need all of the testimonials at the beginning, We bought the book, let us start reading it sooner.
 5 not so easy steps August 8, 2008
I was expecting, like the title implies, that the 5 steps would be 'easy'. The title is a little misleading even for the author, who himself, despite all his 'wisdom' seems to constantly be faced with 'emotional blocks' preventing him from manifesting his desires... that is until he clears them. How? He heads off to healers... has 'spirits' work on him... and hires Hindu priests to perform 'yagyas' for him, etc. Hardly simple or feasible for many of us!
If that doesn't turn you off enough, there are the constant 'plugs' he gives all his famous friends throughout the book.
There are a number of stories in the book, many of which could have been left out as they provided no useable information. And since when did 'Thy Will Be Done' mean 'gimme this or better'???
I did manage, however, to find a couple of useful tidbits of information I had not run across before, which explains my 2-star rating.
THE SCENIC ROUTE July 22, 2008
This is truly an amazingly well written book. Another Law of Attraction book you may initially think, but we are here to inform you that it is far from that. This book actually feels more like a personal coaching session. Joe Vitale's energy radiates so strongly from this book that it actually feels like he is in your living room having a personal conversation with you. His explanation of the Law of Attraction principles is so concise that it penetrates your core. You will get it!

I loved this book. Joe even included the missing step to help us get what we want. Many books on attraction miss this.

I have read the book and believe it is filled with a lot of stories that didn't necessarily need to be there. However, the principles that he takes so long to outline are all very necessary in attracting what you want into your life. If you could understand this in one magazine article, you are probably a genius, but for those who ask a lot of questions as to how each part of this process works, the stories add important information to be considered. For those who have read the secret, I believe reading this book will deepen your understanding of these laws and strengthen your beliefs as to whether or not they work, because I know they do.
