I have bought Family Fun magazine for years just for their craft section. They have great crafts for all ages, many made of inexpensive and easily available materials. I have not only used the crafts with my grandkids but also use them with my Sunday School class, with an age range of 4-13 years old. Many of their crafts make easy and attractive gifts for children to give at Christmas, etc., and they have a collection of things to make for school parties. I highly recommend this book.

I work at a shelter for domestic violence victims including children. Many of these children have never had the opportunity to do crafts with a parent figure or go to school. Every time (and I mean every time), there was a craft class scheduled and we used something from this book in conjuction with a school lesson, the kids had a great time and learned something. They had, for the first time, something to give to their mothers for Christmas or Mother's Day.
The book is very easy to follow and I love the way it is divided up. If children who are learning challenged can do this, anyone can.

I wish I hadn't bought this book. It's a reminder for me to not judge a book by its flashy/attractive cover. The book is overwhelming and not as organized as I would have liked. I wish that it would say how long each activity takes and, far more importantly, difficulty/skill/recommended age levels. It really is taking too much time going through the book and having to reject so many of the activities because they are clearly not age-appropriate for my young children. This book is really geared for older children.

This book is a good book. It need more time to do some project in it. It full colour pages. It helps your children to spend holidays with friend. It projects very fascinating idea. It's material is easy to find and not too expensive.

I love this book. I buy it for my friends who have children. Many, many, many great projects that are easy and fun for spending quality time with your kids. This is a great BOOK!!
