I have seen Bonnie Gibson's art in person and it is unlike any other. The book has great instruction and information and beautiful art pieces.

This is the best book I have seen on gourds from growing to the finished product, to date. For anyone just starting out it should be the first book that they buy. The information is wonderful on tools, finishes,etc... The projects are also geared so that even a beginner can start out his or her work and having it come out looking like a professional did it. I have read other gourd books, but none have give the concise information, and the amount that this book has.
