I love love love this book. I've bought nearly every book on wire wrapping that I can find on Amazon, and this one is my favorite. He explains each and every project in such detail, and with a great sense of humor to boot! Honest to goodness Jim, if you read this, please make a video for us!

This is a great book. Very specific. Good details and items. Interesting. He gives good instructions and encourages you to expand out with your wrapping.

I bought this book based on other reviews and I am not disappointed. The book is well written and easy to comprehend and the pictures help very much. I am sure I wlll be a wire-wrapping fool in no time!!
Worth it. August 30, 2008
As someone who has never done wire wrapping before, and although I have not yet had time to try any of the projects from the book, I can say with certainty, that the instructions, both written and photo, will be easy and straightforward. He writes with humor and gives room to take the knowledge and transfer it to you own projects. Worth the price of the book.

When I started to read this book, I got a little crazed about the typos and grammar errors but the more I got into it, the less important they seemed. It is actually an excellent instructional book with a comfortable laid-back style. Yes, I wish there were color photos, especially since it's not exactly a cheap book, but there are lots of helpful b/w pictures.
I've been wire wrapping for about a year but I found myself thinking, "Oh, THAT'S how it's done!" many times throughout the book.
Although it would benefit from the services of a good proofreader, this is a terrific book.
