This book totally saved me. After feeling overwhelmed about planning my wedding for weeks and weeks, I can finally take a deep breath and say that my fiance and I are REALLY EXCITED after reading Mindy's book. There are so many great ideas in here that I would have never thought of, and so many of them are absolutely inspiring. This book is so comprehensive, it really talks about everything you want and need to know about planning your wedding. It's like Mindy is right there guiding you through every step of the way! The BEST part though, is that there are so many fun facts and cute details in the book...I couldn't put it down :) If you're a bride-to-be, I highly recommend Mindy's book...you'll absolutely love it. If you're a bridesmaid, do the bride a big favor and pick this up for her!

I am getting married next spring and just bought Mindy's book and I am obsessed! I read it cover to cover and couldn't put it down! My fiance read it too and thought it was really helpful and it helped him get more involved in the planning process. The Wedding Book has every piece of information that I need to plan my wedding - how to do a budget, who to invite, what to wear, what to serve, what flowers to choose, how to pick your cake, it has helpful diagrams, checklists and even a section on planning a honeymoon...there isn't a thing this book doesn't have! Who needs a wedding planner when you have Mindy's book! This is a must-have for anyone who is getting married and a great gift for a recently engaged friend or relative!

Having designed flowers for Mindy Weiss on literally hundreds of weddings, I know that nobody knows more about weddings than she does. And the fact that she has put it all together in this book is a gift to brides everywhere. It is amazing how many subjects she covers here and how many wonderful hints she gives you for the time leading up to the wedding day, the day itself and days long after the wedding. Even the most thorough bride and mother-of-the-bride will find somthing new in this book. If you can't have Mindy Weiss for your Wedding Planner, this book is the next best thing.

This book is like no other wedding book, I would know- I've read them all! It's not just for brides; it's great for mother of the brides and grooms as well as anyone involved in a wedding. I felt as though Mindy Weiss was holding my hand walking me through every page. I think this is THE book for brides. There's nothing like it on the shelves and I'm so glad Mindy took the time to write it. Just like "What To Expect When You're Expecting" is the IT book for new moms to be.... The Wedding Book is the IT wedding guide that every bride should have in their library!

Planning a wedding is a major undertaking and quite overwhelming. Brides will be armed with practical information, advice and guidance from a savvy expert that really understands the total wedding planning experience from engagement to marriage. This book is a must-read for aspiring wedding planners. This comprehensive resource includes checklists, schedules, budgeting tools and timelines. Mindy wants to save you from having to worry about the right way to do things. A few of my favorite sections are: Ask Mindy, Wedding Day Don'ts, The What-Ifs, the Emergency Kit, The Kiss. I highly recommend you buy the book to read all about this and so much more!
