Thanks for the lessons January 14, 2008 Thank you, Dr. West. It is too far and between that the content of a work is actually immeasurable. "Never Forget" is such an offering that is timeless in the knowledge being transferred and I feel blessed to receive it, over and over again.

Excellent! To Be Shared, Heard and Learned From! November 14, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Cornel West is one of the most esteemed socratic scholars in the world. Again, in this recording, he has collected others whose musical creativity, fluidity, veracity and progressiveness make every cut one you'll be eager to listen to again and again. It's content that is ultra relevant for today! The music has a seriously pumping groove. The words compel you to reflect. Dr. West's lyrical delivery is compellingly honest and right on time! This one is one to give to all you know!
Never Forget: A Journey of Revelations October 21, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Dr. Cornel West does it again. I found this latest CD to be culturally, politically, and intellectually relevant to the issues of the day. This work is as relevant now as Marvin Gaye's classic song "What's Going On" was during the Vietnam era. I certainly would recommend this work to anyone who enjoys meaningful and accurate messages from an afrocentric perspective.

An Excellent "Book on Tape" set to great music October 16, 2007 Rarely buy CDs anymore but this is very good. Cross an in depth NPR political discussion with your favorite college professor, throw in Prince, and a laundry list of talented musical artists. It takes genius to make something so profoundly educational and entertaining...but we are talking about Cornel West so should we expect anything less?
